This policy covers UpgradeTechno's website at upgradetechno.com. It describes only what this website collects. Data handled inside a client engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.

What this site collects

The only information this website collects is what you type into the contact form and choose to send:

  • Your name
  • Your business name
  • Your phone number
  • A description of what you want to automate

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share the information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is handled

Submissions are delivered by email to hello@upgradetechno.com and are not stored in a database on this website. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to rate-limit the form against automated abuse; it is not written to disk, not linked to your submission, and is discarded within minutes.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Our host, Vercel, processes standard server request logs — including IP address and user agent — as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.

Who else is involved

Vercel hosts the site. An email delivery provider transmits contact form submissions to us. No other third party receives data from this website. Fonts are served from this domain, so no request is made to any external font service.

Your rights

Write to hello@upgradetechno.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within thirty days and there is no charge.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly edited in.
